Hi, I'm Roo Palmer and I'm the author of "Dale" a heartwarming and inspirational series of Australian Christian Fictional novels bearing stories that will surprise and delight the family.

"Dale. A Love Story"
Heavenly expression
Be moved. Be changed. Be inspired.
A little six year old boy is left abused and abandoned on the doorstep of the Willis family. The family are torn apart, and turned upside down by his arrival, but they come to learn of God's mysterious purpose through this little boy as he gets older.
He has a style of love all his own. He goes missing from them for a short time and the mysteries of his past are then revealed on his return. His friendship with a young girl develops, but he does not take to her love that easily. His prince like facial features become a curse for him, but God works His wonders through the life of this young man in amazing and bizarre forms, using love as a medium to the hearts of men.
He cares and he loves, and you will be touched, even inspired to feel the assurance and understanding that God is our Father and Creator through Jesus Christ.
Dale is a mysterious and eerie story, yet filled with inspirational energy. A brilliant and gifted young lad whose grace and love is expressive, enchanting and honest.
His past creates much turmoil within his own spirit as he grows, but his family face a daily battle, striving to understand what this young man is all about. How will God move him, and what purposes will lead him to carry hope to the people around him?
It is mezmerizing and dramatic for a normal family torn apart, yet courageously suspended on a string of obscurity by a young lad’s uncanny, yet innocent character.
Throught the series of Dale’s story, lives around him are changed. From the stress of tragedy, bitterness, trauma, loneliness, frustration and anger, his character boldly flows the human emotion to express an encouraging and flattering skill that leans on a spiritual dimension. The story adds value to the life of a person, yet does not judgements against them.
The value and innocence of children are seen in their own personalities that live amongst Dale’s abilities. It is full of life stories, filled with pain, but also lifts gracefully.

Book Review
by Phyllis R. Moses
“Dale” is a charming story about an ordinary Australian family whose love and compassion reach out beyond familiar boundaries to encompass an abused, abandoned young man. “Dale” is more than a story about God’s endless love as portrayed by this family. It’s a story of how the miracle of unconditional love permeates hearts and changes lives.
Joel and Simone were already parents when they met Dale. Yet, their concern for this boy became imperative. They reached out, overcoming obstacles, facing opposition in many shapes, and enveloped him in their loving hearts and arms. Dale was seriously injured in an automobile wreck that took the life of his birth mother. Simone reacted out of her deep tenderness to bring him the healing that bound him to her and, ultimately, their entire family.
How is an adopted child integrated into a family already set on their life paths? What areas of life-style are altered or changed by this new family member? The entire family explores past years in this young man’s life. This search uncovered unspeakable hurts and abuse, yet God’s love and forgiveness triumphed in bringing about joy and peace in the lives of this family.
The author deftly guides us through their lives; lives with problems, lives with human weaknesses and strengths, often facing unanswerable dilemmas. Surely, there were problems, but there were also joyful resolutions. The threads of family activity weave a beautiful tapestry-a work of art that shows the results of committed Christian living. It also demonstrates to all a model of a family who knows that obedience is part of God’s perfect will.
Furthermore, it’s a story of a couple who lived for something bigger than themselves, getting lost in a cause for someone else, setting their eyes and hearts on Jesus.
This book inspired me, delighted me and instructed me. If a novel can achieve this, then it’s a book to be savored.

Dale's Story Continues.
"Dale. Image of Innocence".
In the continuation stories, Dale's past becomes revealed and many questions answered through a repeat of yet another young abused boy who enters the Willis family's household. God moulds them all into His treasures and His power is made perfect in their weaknesses. God blesses Dale and his family and works His love to the struggling communities around them.
You will be inspired and warmed to the innocence of children, through a young boy named Lindsay. He misunderstands alot of the society we live in. Why things are the way they are. Why people do things. Why people say things and why does God like this thing or this way, and hate the other way. You will warm to Lindsay and be inspired by Dale's love for him.
